Yes, we do! Once you get to the checkout you’ll see the countries we currently ship to. If you can’t see your country, please email us at email@example.com and we might be able to work something out.
Please note that we dispatch all orders from Sweden (EU) and we’re not sure about how it works with taxes and duties in your country. In case you need to pay any extra, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.

Return and Refund Policy
We hope that you love your planner, but sometimes we change our mind and that’s okay.
You have 14 days right of withdrawal by law if you’re ordering from a EU country, Norway or Iceland.
To request a refund, the product needs to be in unused condition, undamaged and sent back in its original packaging. We recommend using a reliable delivery service so that you know that it’ll be delivered safely back to us. You are responsible for return postage.
If you request a refund but don’t delivery the item(s) back to us within 14 days after, we are not able to offer you a refund.
We are not able to refund any orders outside of the 14 days period after the item(s) have been confirmed delivered to you by our courier.
To complete your return, please email us email@example.com with a proof of purchase and let us know you’re sending your item(s) back. Once we have received your item(s) and confirmed its condition your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Refunds for the planner cost and shipping cost are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries, whether that be a non-existant address or un-paid duty & tax by your country’s government for orders that are returned to us.
We promise to ship your order within 48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday).

If your order is damaged or you received the wrong item(s), email us at hello@thegoalchanger within 7 days. Please a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item(s), your name, order number, and a description of the issue with the order. If your order qualifies for a return or exchange and you are within a EU country, Norway or Iceland, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item. Once we receive your order, we will ship out a new or the correct item(s) as soon as possible.
